Safety
Causes and Fixes
Power cycle the control and observe bootup sequence for errors or interruptions during initialization.
Access HMI Commissioning mode and launch the Startup Tool or Basic Machine Startup wizard from the main menu.
Ensure you have backup of existing data before proceeding with startup procedures.
Follow startup wizard to define at least one channel and configure minimum required axes with proper MD (machine data) including axis names, types, and assignments.
Save machine data, perform NCK reset (Power On Reset), and verify axes appear in axis list under Commissioning > Axis Machine Data.
NCK reset will restart the control - ensure machine is in safe state.
