Causes and Fixes
Press PRGRM key and verify the called program number exists in memory. Search for the exact Oxxxx number referenced in the M98 or G65 call using the program directory list.
If program is missing, transfer the correct subprogram from external device (RS232, USB, CF card, or network) using appropriate I/O settings. Verify Parameters 20 (I/O channel), 100-102 (baud rate and settings) if using serial transfer.
Check available program memory capacity at SYSTEM > CURRENT screen. If memory is full (near 100%), delete unused programs or upgrade memory capacity. Parameter 3107#0 may need setting for expanded program memory on some control series.
Verify program registration by running the subprogram independently in MEM mode to confirm it executes without alarm before calling it from main program.
