KUKA Robot KRC0129 - USER DATA LOADER ABORTED

USER DATA LOADER ABORTED

The user data loader encountered errors while validating or loading configuration data that exceed the available message buffer capacity. This indicates either critical limit violations or logically inconsistent data in the robot configuration that prevents successful loading.

Common Causes

  • Robot joint limit values configured in the system data are logically inconsistent or inverted in WorkVisual
  • Tool load mass or center of gravity values exceed the maximum rated capacity for the robot model
  • Kinematic chain definition contains circular references or missing link parameters in the KUKA.Sim model
  • User data file was corrupted during transmission from PC to controller or contains invalid XML syntax
  • Multiple limit monitoring thresholds are improperly configured causing validation conflicts in the safety monitoring system

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Open the user data file in WorkVisual and verify all joint limit declarations are logically ordered with MIN values less than MAX values
  2. 2Check tool data configuration and confirm that mass and center of gravity values are within specification for your KUKA robot model
  3. 3Validate the complete kinematic chain configuration including all links, joints, and coordinate frame definitions
  4. 4Re-export the configuration from WorkVisual and perform a fresh download to the KRC4 controller to ensure file integrity
  5. 5Review the system diagnostics log in KRC to identify which specific data element or limit check is causing the validation failure
  6. 6Contact KUKA technical support with the exported diagnostics file if data inconsistencies cannot be resolved through manual review
