Access machine parameter menu

Navigate to MOD function → Machine Parameters → CfgAxisList[x] where x is the affected axis number.

Use the search function in machine parameters by typing 'profileType' to quickly locate the parameters

Check profileType parameter

Verify the current setting of profileType parameter. Note if it's set to 'advancedTrapezoidal', 'linear', or 'trapezoidal'.

Document current settings before making changes for rollback purposes
