Fanuc Alarm PS0043 - G-Code Conflict
Fanuc PS0043 occurs when two or more G-codes from the same modal group, or mutually exclusive G-codes, are programmed in a single NC block. The Fanuc control detects conflicting motion or mode commands that cannot execute simultaneously, such as G02 and G03 in the same line, or incompatible canned cycles.

Press ALARM key on MDI panel, note the exact program block number (N-number or sequence) and G-codes listed in the alarm message detail.
Press EDIT mode, navigate to PROGRAM > search to problematic block. Identify all G-codes in that block and verify modal group assignments using Fanuc Programming Manual Section 4 (G-Code List by Modal Group).
Separate conflicting G-codes into consecutive blocks. For example, change 'N100 G00 G01 X100.0 F500' to 'N100 G00 X100.0' and 'N101 G01 F500'. Ensure each block contains only one G-code per modal group.
Reset alarm using RESET key, return to MEM or AUTO mode, and re-execute program from block search or program restart to verify correction.
