Causes and Fixes
Press RESET to clear the alarm and cancel the restart attempt.
Review the program line where interruption occurred and identify if it is within a canned cycle block, subprogram (between M98 and M99), or macro call.
Return to a safe position using manual mode (JOG or HANDLE), then restart the program from the beginning of the canned cycle or subprogram call block.
Ensure tool and workpiece clearance before manual moves to prevent collision
Use program restart search function to position to the identified safe restart block, verify modal conditions (G-codes, offsets, coordinate systems), then resume cycle start.
