Safety
Causes and Fixes
Check the position display screen for asterisks (*) next to axis position values, which indicate that axis has not been homed.
Switch the machine to MANUAL or JOG mode and perform reference return (home) operation for all axes showing asterisks.
Ensure machine area is clear and all safety guards are in place before moving axes.
Verify all axis position displays no longer show asterisks and display valid reference positions.
Reset the alarm and attempt to run the program again in AUTO mode.
