Troubleshooting Steps

1. 1Verify probe measurement was performed and stored correctly in TO memory for the active tool; re-execute probe cycle if edge position data is missing or zero
2. 2Compare current TO memory edge position values against tool documentation specifications and acceptable tolerance limits
3. 3Manually inspect physical tool edge position and compare to stored offset values; perform manual probe measurement and update TO memory if discrepancy exists
4. 4Clear and reinitialize tool offset data; re-measure tool edge position using CYCLE972, CYCLE973, or CYCLE974 as applicable to your setup
