Troubleshooting Steps
- 1Please inform the authorized personnel/service department.
- 2Disconnect one of the two absolute encoders: Replace the motor measuring system by using another motor or use another encoder for direct measuring system.
- 3Correct the corresponding entries in MD 1011: $MD_ACTUAL_VALUE_CONFIG (actual value sensing configuration IM) or MD 1030: $MD_ACTUAL_VALUE_CONFIG_DIRECT (actual value sensing configuration DM).
- 4Switch control OFF - ON
