Cross-reference this address against the NCK Machine Data MD 37100 series declarations. Use SCOUT or HMI Diagnostics > Module List to view active PROFIsafe module addresses currently detected by NCK.

If addresses do not match, either: (A) Update the F module's PROFIsafe address in TIA Portal to match NCK MD configuration, or (B) Update the NCK MD F module address declaration to match the hardware. Choose option (A) if hardware is already installed and commissioned.

Address changes require PLC software regeneration and potential IO map recompilation; test in offline simulation first.

Download updated TIA Portal configuration and perform NCK warm start. Confirm alarm 27222 clears and PROFIsafe communication status shows 'OK' for the F module.

Navigate to Service > Machine Data > Backup. Create a full backup of current NCK Machine Data to external storage before proceeding with any corrections.

Do not proceed without backup; corrupted MD can render system unrecoverable.

Access NCK MD editor and navigate to MD 37100 series. Verify that the F module instance corresponding to the alarm's address has complete and valid parameter entries (no empty or 0xFFFFFFFF invalid values). Check MD 37102 (module type), MD 37103 (IO base address), and MD 37104 (safety function enable).

If MD entries are incomplete or invalid, either manually correct them with known good values from TIA Portal, or restore MD from a known-good backup and reapply only necessary custom modifications.
