KUKA Robot KRC0759 - NO MORE THAN THREE DIMENSIONS ALLOWED 2095

NO MORE THAN THREE DIMENSIONS ALLOWED 2095

This alarm occurs when a KRL program attempts to declare or use an array with more than three dimensions. The KUKA KRC system only supports arrays with a maximum of three dimensions, and this limit has been exceeded in the program code.

Common Causes

  • Declaring an array with four or more dimensions in KRL code
  • Using multi-dimensional array syntax that exceeds three dimensions
  • Attempting to nest arrays beyond the three-dimensional limit
  • Copying or assigning data from an external source with excessive dimensions
  • Incorrect array declaration syntax that is interpreted as exceeding dimension limits

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Review the KRL program source code and locate the array declaration causing the error
  2. 2Verify the array declaration syntax and count the number of dimensions specified
  3. 3Reduce the array to a maximum of three dimensions by restructuring the data storage approach
  4. 4Consider using alternative data structures such as nested arrays or custom data types to represent multi-dimensional data
  5. 5Check the program compilation output for the specific line number where the array declaration occurs
  6. 6Recompile the KRL program after correcting the array dimensions and verify the alarm is resolved
