KUKA Robot KRC0467 - PROGRAM NOT LINKED

PROGRAM NOT LINKED

This alarm occurs when the KUKA KRC controller attempts to select or execute a program file that has not been properly linked or compiled. The program exists in the file system but lacks the necessary compiled object code or has broken dependencies required for execution on the KRC controller.

Common Causes

  • Program source file (.src) selected without prior compilation to object code (.out)
  • Missing or corrupted compiled program output file in the controller's memory or storage
  • Program dependencies or subroutines have been deleted or moved after initial compilation
  • Incomplete program transfer or file corruption during upload to the KRC controller
  • Program linking failed due to syntax errors or unresolved external references during compilation

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Verify the program file exists in the correct directory on the KRC controller (typically in $TEMPLATE or project folders)
  2. 2Recompile the program using the KRC IDE or WorkVisual by selecting Build > Compile or equivalent function
  3. 3Check the compiler output log for syntax errors, warnings, or unresolved symbol references and correct any issues
  4. 4Delete the compiled object file (.out) and recompile from the source file (.src) to regenerate proper linking
  5. 5Verify all called subroutines and external programs are present and accessible in the controller's program search paths
  6. 6Transfer the complete program package including all dependencies to the controller and attempt selection again
