Check parameter 6201 (tool length measurement enable). Bit 0 must be set to 1 to enable G37 function.

Verify parameters 6241-6244 for tool length measurement position coordinates (X, Y, Z reference positions) are properly configured.
Confirm parameter 6245 (measurement block height) and 6246 (approach distance) contain valid non-zero values appropriate for your machine setup.
Check that your machine has the optional G37 tool measurement cycle enabled in the control software license. Consult machine builder documentation or FANUC if option is missing.
