Press RESET to clear the alarm. Note the block number (N-number) displayed on the alarm screen where the error occurred.
Navigate to EDIT mode, search for the offending block number using the SEARCH function. Examine the block for duplicate axis addresses (X, Y, Z, etc.).
Remove the duplicate address, keeping only the intended final position. If both values are needed, split into two separate blocks with appropriate intermediate positions.
Save the corrected program and execute from the beginning of the operation or from a safe restart point using block search.
Verify tool position and work offsets before restarting to prevent collision.
