Siemens 75260 - RCTR: block: , tool parameters incorrect on block editing
Alarm 75260 fires during block editing when tool parameter values violate the configured limits or constraints defined in the tool table and machine data. This typically occurs when tool offset data, tool geometry parameters, or tool selection parameters fall outside acceptable ranges or conflict with MD machine parameter definitions.

Safety
Causes and Fixes
Access the active tool table via HMI menu: Maintenance > Tool Management > Tool Table. Verify the DL (length) and DR (radius) values for the tool called in the current block.
Do not modify tool data while a program is executing.
Check machine data limits: Navigate to Maintenance > Machine Data > MD10250 (Max length offset) and MD10251 (Max radius offset). Compare against tool table entries.
If values are legitimately larger, increase MD10250 and/or MD10251 to accommodate the tool geometry, then reload the tool table via System > Reset NCK.
Increasing offset limits may affect machine safety margins; verify with machine builder specifications.
Re-run the NC program from the alarm block (block %2) to confirm resolution.
