KUKA Robot KRC0445 - PROCESS DISABLED

PROCESS DISABLED

All selected processes in the KRL program execution queue have been configured with DISABLED program mode status, or all non-disabled processes have reached completion and terminated. The robot control system cannot continue program execution because no active executable processes remain available. This is a process state alarm rather than a fault condition.

Common Causes

  • All program processes marked as DISABLED in WorkVisual project configuration or KRL source code
  • Process selection filter in KUKA smartPAD set to show only disabled processes during program startup
  • Final non-disabled process completed execution and terminated without scheduling next process in sequence
  • Enable flags for all processes set to FALSE through program logic or manual configuration
  • Main program process disabled while waiting for subordinate process completion in multi-tasking environment

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Open the program in WorkVisual and verify process ENABLE settings in the Process Configuration panel are set to TRUE
  2. 2Check the KRL source code for any conditional disable statements that may deactivate processes during initialization
  3. 3Review the program logic flow to ensure at least one process is enabled and scheduled to execute at startup
  4. 4Use the KUKA smartPAD Process Selection menu to confirm enabled processes are selected before starting program execution
  5. 5Clear the alarm and reload the program file from disk to refresh process enable states and reset any runtime flags
  6. 6If using multi-process architecture, verify the main coordinating process is enabled and configured to trigger dependent processes
