KUKA Robot KRC0419 - INADMISSIBLE MASTERING SEQUENCE

INADMISSIBLE MASTERING SEQUENCE

The mastering sequence was not followed according to the machine datum configuration stored in $SEQ_CAL parameter. This alarm prevents robot motion until the correct referencing procedure is completed in the proper order as defined by your specific KUKA system configuration.

Common Causes

  • Axes were referenced out of sequence order defined in $SEQ_CAL machine data
  • Referencing procedure was interrupted and restarted without completing all required axes
  • Machine datum $SEQ_CAL was modified but old referencing state remained active
  • Operator attempted to reference dependent axes before their parent axes were mastered
  • KRC4 controller power cycled during active mastering sequence before completion

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Check the current $SEQ_CAL machine datum value in WorkVisual or KUKA smartPAD to understand the required referencing sequence
  2. 2Access the Referencing menu in the KUKA smartPAD and select Reset Mastering to clear all axis reference states
  3. 3Perform a complete power cycle of the KRC4 controller to reset the mastering state machine
  4. 4Execute the full mastering procedure for all axes strictly in the sequence order specified by $SEQ_CAL
  5. 5Verify each axis reaches mastered status individually before proceeding to the next axis in sequence
  6. 6Document the correct mastering sequence and create a checklist to prevent future procedural errors during commissioning
