KUKA Robot KRC0411 - BLOCK CANNOT BE CORRECTED

BLOCK CANNOT BE CORRECTED

The block correction process has failed because the system cannot perform required TTS (toolbased technological system) or BASE calculations for the specified program block. This prevents proper tool offset and coordinate frame transformations needed for correct robot motion.

Common Causes

  • Missing or invalid tool frame definition in the program preventing TTS calculation with current tool configuration
  • Undefined BASE coordinate frame or incorrect BASE declaration that breaks transformation calculations
  • Motion commands referencing tool or frame variables that are not properly initialized before execution
  • Corrupted or incomplete tool data in the KRC4 controller configuration requiring reload or recalibration
  • Geometry or singularity issues in the specified motion path that prevent valid transformation calculations

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Verify that the active tool frame is properly defined and loaded using the KUKA smartPAD tool management interface
  2. 2Confirm BASE frame declarations are present and correctly formatted with valid numeric values for position and orientation
  3. 3Check that all tool and frame variable assignments occur before any motion commands that reference them
  4. 4Review the WorkVisual robot configuration to ensure tool data files are valid and properly associated with the program
  5. 5Use the WorkVisual simulation environment to identify if motion commands contain unreachable positions or singularities
  6. 6If necessary, recalibrate the tool frame through the KUKA smartPAD calibration procedure or reload backup tool configuration data
