Common Causes

  • Motor temperature greater than 155°C
  • PTC thermistor in motor winding tripped
  • Motor overloaded

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Reduce mechanical load on affected axis
  2. 2Program additional movement breaks
  3. 3Eliminate fault and reset via KCP acknowledge key
