Causes and Fixes
Press EDIT mode, then [PRGRM] key. Scroll through program directory using page up/down or use [O SRCH] softkey and enter the called subprogram number (e.g., O1234) to verify if it exists in memory.
Check the M98 call line in the main program. Format should be M98 P1234 (for O1234) or M98 P1234Lxx (with loop count). Verify the P-address matches an existing O-number exactly.
If subprogram is missing, transfer it via RS232, USB, or network. Go to EDIT mode, [PRGRM] key, press [OPRT] softkey > [READ] softkey, select device and execute transfer.
Verify parameter 3204 (program number range) allows the called O-number. Check SYSTEM > PARAM > [SEARCH] > enter 3204. Ensure the subprogram O-number falls within allowed range if restrictions are set.
