Access the Tool Management screen (MENU > TOOL MANAGEMENT or SYSTEM > TOOL DATA depending on control model) and verify if the called tool group exists.
If the tool group does not exist, create the tool group entry with the correct group number and assign appropriate tools to that group.
Ensure you have proper authorization level to modify tool management data.
Reset the alarm, return to the beginning of the program block, and restart the program to verify the tool group is now recognized.
