Siemens 75050 - MCSC: wrong MD configuration, error code
Alarm 75050 indicates a machine data configuration error in the CC_Master axis coupling setup within channel %1. The alarm is triggered when the $MA_CC_MASTER_AXIS parameter references an invalid axis type or violates cross-channel coupling rules defined in SINUMERIK 840D.

Root Cause Summary
Alarm 75050 indicates a machine data configuration error in the CC_Master axis coupling setup within channel %1. The alarm is triggered when the $MA_CC_MASTER_AXIS parameter references an invalid axis type or violates cross-channel coupling rules defined in SINUMERIK 840D.
Safety
Causes and Fixes
Navigate to SINUMERIK HMI > Diagnosis > Machine Data > Channel %1 > Axes. Locate $MA_CC_MASTER_AXIS and note the axis name referenced.
Check the referenced axis machine data: verify $MA_AXIS_TYPE and $MA_IS_SPINDLE parameters. If $MA_IS_SPINDLE=1, this axis is configured as a spindle and cannot be a CC_Master.
Spindle axes have different control loops and cannot participate in synchronous coupling.
Reconfigure $MA_CC_MASTER_AXIS to reference a valid standard axis (linear or non-spindle rotary) with $MA_IS_SPINDLE=0.
Download the updated machine data via NCK > Download, then perform a complete PLC restart and power cycle to initialize the new coupling configuration.
