Siemens 27035 - Axis new hardware component, confirmation and functional test required.
Alarm 27035 indicates a mismatch between the hardware component identification (encoder or motor module) reported by the drive electronics and the corresponding parameters configured in the NCK. This discrepancy triggers a safety confirmation requirement to prevent operation with mismatched or swapped hardware components that could cause unpredictable axis behavior.

Causes and Fixes
Navigate to Diagnostics > Alarms > 27035 in the HMI and note which axis (%1 parameter) triggered the alarm and whether it references encoder or motor module mismatch.
Access the NCK parameterization menu (typically via HMI or SINUMERIK Operate interface) and check MD30110 (encoder manufacturer ID), MD30111 (encoder serial number), or equivalent motor module identification parameters for the affected axis.
Physically verify the hardware component installed matches the expected type. If a replacement was performed, use diagnostic readout (Drives > Axis diagnostics > Hardware IDs) to confirm the new component's reported ID and update the corresponding MD parameters accordingly.
Do not confirm acceptance of mismatched hardware if the physical component does not match maintenance records or installation documentation.
After updating MD parameters to match the actual hardware, perform a warm restart (mode switch to Manual, then back to Auto) and execute the confirmation sequence in the alarm dialog to clear alarm 27035.
