KRC0395

KUKA Robot KRC0395 - <module> NOT LINKED

<module> NOT LINKED

This alarm indicates that an UNLINK command has been executed on a module or object that is not a valid program in the KUKA KRC controller. The UNLINK instruction is designed to remove the link between a main program and a called subprogram, but it has been applied to an incompatible object type such as a data module, library, or non-program file.

Common Causes

  • UNLINK command applied to a data module instead of a program module
  • Attempting to unlink a library or system module that cannot be unlinked
  • Typo or incorrect variable/module name in the UNLINK instruction
  • Trying to unlink an object that was never linked or does not exist in memory
  • UNLINK instruction used on a module that is currently being executed or is protected

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Verify the syntax of the UNLINK command and ensure the target module name is spelled correctly
  2. 2Confirm that the object being unlinked is actually a program module and not a data module or library file
  3. 3Check the program structure to ensure the module was previously linked using a LINK command before attempting to unlink it
  4. 4Review the source code for the UNLINK instruction and replace it with the correct module reference if necessary
  5. 5Ensure the module is not currently in use or being executed before attempting to unlink it
  6. 6If the issue persists, delete and re-create the link between the main program and subprogram using proper LINK/UNLINK syntax
