KRC0297

KUKA Robot KRC0297 - DATA TRANSFER PERFORMED <axis number>

DATA TRANSFER PERFORMED <axis number>

This is an informational alarm indicating that a data transfer operation has been successfully completed for the specified axis on the KUKA KRC controller. The sensor location search calibration procedure has finished properly, and axis parameters have been transferred to the controller's memory. This alarm typically appears during axis initialization, sensor calibration, or parameter synchronization sequences.

Common Causes

  • Completion of axis sensor calibration routine
  • Successful parameter download to axis controller
  • Completion of axis offset or reference point search
  • Normal end of data synchronization between main controller and axis module
  • Routine axis configuration update or firmware parameter transfer

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Verify that the alarm message displays the correct axis number matching your configuration
  2. 2Check the teach pendant display for any additional error codes that may appear after this informational alarm
  3. 3Confirm that the axis is functioning normally by executing a slow manual jog movement
  4. 4Review the system log file to verify the data transfer completed without errors or timeouts
  5. 5If alarm persists or repeats unexpectedly, perform an axis reference point search (Referenzfahrt) to reinitialize the axis
  6. 6Contact KUKA support if the alarm reoccurs during normal operation, as repeated transfers may indicate underlying communication issues
