Press RESET to clear the alarm and note the exact program number and line number (N-number or sequence) displayed with the alarm.
Access the program in EDIT mode and navigate to the alarmed block using the search or cursor function.
Examine the block carefully for any axis letter that appears more than once (check for X, Y, Z, A, B, C, U, V, W).
Remove the duplicate axis address or consolidate into a single correct value, save the program, reset the control, and test the corrected block in single block mode.
Verify the intended coordinate before deletion to ensure the correct value is retained.
