On ramp-up the following error was found in the OEM transformation machine data: Error code = 3 No channel axis defined. In MD 20070 at least 1 channel axis must be entered. Error code = 6 Problem on saving when creating the compile cycle machine data, modification of MD 18238 required (SW 6 and higher) Error code = 10 One of the direction vectors in MD 62113-5 is too short. Error code = 12 One rod length Li in MD 62120-2 equals zero Control reaction: Interpreter stop NC Start disable in this channel. Alarm display.

Do not leave MD 20070 blank or with placeholder values; it must reference an axis defined in the channel configuration.

Cross-reference the axis name in MD 20070 against the active channel axis list in Diagnostics → Channel Information. Ensure the referenced axis is declared in the NCK channel and not orphaned from prior configuration edits.

If the correct axis exists, enter its name in MD 20070 using the exact case and spelling as it appears in the channel definition. Save and perform a warm restart (POWER ON/OFF cycle) to reload the machine data.
Case sensitivity applies; verify exact axis nomenclature from the channel configuration.

If no suitable axis exists, add a channel axis via Diagnostics → Channel Data → Axes or create one in the OEM transformation setup wizard, then re-assign it to MD 20070.
