Block invalid skip level with differential block skip

With "Differential block skip", a skip level greater than 7 has been specified. (In packet 1 specification of a value for the skip level is rejected by the converter as a syntax error, i.e. the only possibility is a "Suppress block" ON/OFF on one level) Control reaction: Correction block is reorganized. Interface signals are set. Alarm display.
