KRC1044

KUKA Robot KRC1044 - DELETE COMPLETE INITIALIZATION ?

DELETE COMPLETE INITIALIZATION ?

An array declaration is marked for deletion, but subsequent initialization statements and blank lines still reference or follow this array. The KRL compiler requires that all dependent initialization code and formatting be removed together with the array declaration.

Common Causes

  • Incomplete deletion of array initialization code when removing array declarations from KRL source files
  • Automated code refactoring tools that deleted array declarations but left initialization statements intact
  • Manual editing where the array declaration was removed but follow-up initialization loops remain
  • Merge conflicts in version control that left orphaned initialization code after array declaration removal
  • Copy-paste operations that left initialization statements without their corresponding array declarations

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Open the KRL source file in the text editor and locate the line number referenced in the alarm message
  2. 2Identify all initialization statements that reference the deleted array declaration
  3. 3Remove the entire initialization block including all associated loops and blank lines after the array
  4. 4Verify that no other code sections reference the deleted array by performing a find-all search
  5. 5Compile the modified KRL program in WorkVisual or on the teach pendant to check for syntax errors
  6. 6If compilation fails, review the program structure and ensure all array declarations precede their usage
