KUKA Robot KRC0705 - INITIAL VALUE BLOCK NOT INITIALIZATION SECTION 2041

INITIAL VALUE BLOCK NOT INITIALIZATION SECTION 2041

This alarm indicates that an initial value block declaration in a KRL program is not located within the initialization section as required by the KUKA system. The INITIAL VALUE BLOCK must be properly declared in section 2041 (the initialization section) to be valid. This is a syntax or structural error in the program compilation phase.

Common Causes

  • INITIAL VALUE BLOCK declared outside the initialization section of the program
  • Incorrect section numbering or missing section delimiter in the KRL source code
  • INITIAL VALUE BLOCK placed in the main program body instead of the declaration area
  • Malformed program structure or missing required section headers
  • Copy-paste error causing block declaration to be in wrong program location

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. 1Review the KRL program source code and locate the INITIAL VALUE BLOCK declaration
  2. 2Verify that the INITIAL VALUE BLOCK is positioned within section 2041 (initialization section)
  3. 3Check that all required section delimiters and headers are present and correctly formatted
  4. 4Ensure the block declaration syntax follows KUKA KRL standards for the initialization section
  5. 5Recompile the program after correcting the block location or structure
  6. 6If issue persists, delete and recreate the INITIAL VALUE BLOCK in the proper location within the program structure
