Do not reset or power cycle the control while tool loading is in progress as this may corrupt tool data

Verify that the external device (USB, network drive, or tool presetter) remains connected and stable during the transfer process.

Check the Services > Tool Management area to confirm data transfer progress and source location.

Ensure no other users are attempting to access or modify tool data simultaneously from HMI or program.

After message clears, verify tool data integrity by checking critical tool offsets and parameters in the tool list.

Removing external media during active transfer may result in incomplete or corrupted tool data

Check PLC diagnostics to verify that the tool management interface signals are active and cycling properly (DB signals for tool load handshake).

Monitor the machine's tool magazine physical status to ensure proper positioning and that all magazine sensors are functioning correctly.

Review the PLC program for custom tool loading routines that may be executing as part of startup or magazine change sequence.

If message does not clear, check NCK/PLC interface signals and consider reviewing alarm buffer for preceding warnings that may indicate communication timeout.
