Root Cause Summary

Alarm 10241 occurs when an operator attempts to change the mode group (JOG, MDA, AUTO) while a channel is still actively executing a program or motion. This is a programming/operational error specific to SW 3.x and earlier versions where mode changes were more restrictive during active channel operations.
